The cook chamber will be a 500 gallon but the entire tank is 1000 gallon. Indirect in back and the front part will be direct

Finally moving forward. Doors cut, baffle plate goes in the back half this weekend

Front is going to be a standard charcoal grill. Back is going to be a reverse flow.

Lol it's a dual chamber. The from is a standard over the coals direct and the back is a reverse flow

Racks all completed on charcoal chamber, reverse smoker chamber and warming cabinet. Getting closer to fire up
