I forgot mine was even hooked up when I trailered it home. I took a railroad crossing doing about 65, wasn't until I saw the smoker airborn that I remembered it was back there. Oh and BTW, nice welds TQ, everything held nicely. :kewl:

Hmmm, this could be a decent road test for your new builds :D The railroad factor ..strictly pass/fail I'm thinking :-bd

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

I do it by feel i want some tongue weight but i dont want to heavy to handle. my trailers pull down the road straight as an arrow and do not wander at all!!!!!!
Thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Those trailers look awesome man! I like the way recessing the box into the trailer looks. Very sharp. Can you tell me what size axle that is and were you got it? Did you shorten the axle to make it 4' ?

Made some good head way on the trailer this weekend. Just need a paint job and a few odds and ends to finish her up.

I know that you were thinking the fire box may be too big but it is better to make it a bit big than too small. You don't have to fill it up. I like the adjustable baffle on mine. I like to be able to adjust as many ways as I can, so I don't get stuck and have to say that is all I can do with it. If you look at mine you will see I have put all sorts of ways to adjust flow and temp.

Looking forward to more pics.

Stand that trailer up and it could look like the space shuttle.

Leave the smoker off and it looks like it could be a dragster trailer.

Put the tank on it and by gosh it would look just like a freakin smoker.

Very nice work on the frame, I like it.
