Thanks k.a.m.! it is just about the right size for a comp cook. I can fit 16- 10 Lb pork butts on her with no problems. keeping 225*F i only hafta put 2, 1/4 splits in every hour or so. thin blue smoke the whole time with a 3-5 degree temp drop across the whole cooker.k.a.m. wrote:Frank_Cox , I have to say this is the foot print I wanted my cooker to be on.
