That looks awesome. I was thinking about the same grill, but I might go with charcoal instead. Where did you get the glossy paint?

The red is just a synthetic enamel from car quest I belive it is made by valspar. I use it alot. It is a good inexpensive durable paint. The black is Do it best high heat BBQ black. I am putting a 36" cowboy cooker open style wood or charcoal grill on the front.

Nice work ! :kewl:

Now letter the sides of the trailer tongue to read "Barbeque Public Schools"

Then you can right off the whole build... :-B

Might even be a good BBQ team name ...

Got everything bolted down and took it for a test pull. Eveything went great pulls fantastic. Straight as an arrow with plenty of tongue weight. Still need to finish grates on cowboy cooker and smoker. Wire lights, and plumb propane to grill. Thanks for all the support and positive comments.

Seasoning the pit tonight. An hour into the burn she settled into bbq temps. Have a litte more temp swing than I thought I might but I have to remember it is a 7' cook chamber. Temps are 10 to 15 degrees apart side to side. So far seems like it is going to be very easy to control. Draft is perfect. Looks like the calculator was on the money.
