I like what you did inside to get all the cooking space you could. That part will not slide out but it does add almost 200 square inches of cooking space. And that is just smart! Wont be long now.

Hey Frank, the guy is gona pay for 1 of the 100 pounders with five 4x8 sheets of 1/4" plate or 3/8" plate(hes not sure what he has)

fired it up yesterday. 1 chimney and 4 logs, 25 minutes at temp and held 300 deg for 2 hrs!!!
