Thats looking pretty awesome so far!!!! The trailer looks to be right about the perfect size as well.

How is the inside coming along, sometimes the drain can be a tough spot to work on.

Looks like that is one opening for the door to your cook box, how wide is it.

BGERSTNER - What can I say...? WOW! I could borrow that smoker to bake on the powder coat for the smoker I'm building! WOW! ...Frank - You need to add a LARGEST smoker category to the contest... :)

And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D
Current smokers: Egor (trailered RF) and Easybake (tabletop pellet drive)

Good score on the Burner too, always better off using that style burner for safety. do you have any idea how many BTU's it is set for right now?

Hello BGERSTNER!

I am excited about your build and it looks fantastic so far! It is really cool to see my ideas come to life!! I am the "Big Pappa" of "Big Pappa's Beast". I had a bunch of ideas and hooked up with Frank and smokerbuilder.com and paid his team to put my ideas into engineered drawings but have not been able to start my build yet. I am going to use a 20-24' trailer with tandem 3500lb electric axels and a 500 gallon tank when added to the warming box gives me just under 13000 square inches of cooking space! I intend to add a gas assist fire starter, prep table, sink/holding tank, 2 propane banjo burners wood storage, cooler space, and a corn roaster up front!!

Please keep the pictures coming and good luck with the rest of your build!

Hello Blazer,

My 500 gal will have 3 full width racks in the main chamber and 9 racks in the warming chamber. Nearly 13000 square inches of cooking capacity!

It's kind up to you. What size can you easily move in and out of your door? Set ya some slides in the bottom and slide in the basket.
