Those doors were cut with a torch. We tried at first with a skill saw, but it was very time consuming and expensive (blades don't last long). We put the hinges on the door and tank first before cutting. That helped tremendously. The shape of the curves were fine, for the most part, after cutting. There was some warping, but it was manageable. We put the flat steel on the doors, mounted them on the hinges and the just beat them with a sledge hammer until they fit. Any air gaps we just filled in with silicon.
Finally got back around to uploading some of the finished photos. I did have some trouble with my gauges fogging up, so that’s why I don’t have any in the pics. We were really pleased with the way it all turned out.
