help with RF design

Post by ornametals » March 15th, 2013, 6:33 pm

building my first RF. is there any minimum free air space at the end of the baffle? don't want to choke down air flow. i guess you follow the same dimensions (flew size, damper, ect.) as a offset smoker. of course the flew is at the other end.

the BP opening can be no less than the square inches of you smoke stack diameter as a rule of thumb and no bigger than the throat opening...

He told me the same thing today, so I say go with it! :D

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
