I suspect that a 500 gal CC would mean the response time is too long and any type of computer control will have problems on that large of a rig - they get lost too easy. :D


And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy. :D

I don't have one, but I think from what I've read the "Stoker" seems to be the size you would need to go with. https://www.rocksbarbque.com/Guide.html I've been temped to get one for mine. But if I'm going to spend that much money on it I may want to get the setup for the "ole hickory" and just throw a log in in the beginning and let the burner and fan do the rest. I'm not sure where you could get one of these. Hard call, or just feed sticks which I like doing anyway.


Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........
