We'll instead of starting the new build decided to plan a little more so made some changes to the 40 then cooked a pork loin

Rubbed it last night wrapped it let it sit in fridge over night took it out this morning

Ok cooked a lot faster than I thought wrapped at 150ish cooked to enteral temp of 200 wrapped in a towel and put it in the ice chest at 3:00pm that was 6 hours total we shall see how it turns out when the wife gets home

We'll finished, flat, point taste good seems to be a little on the dry side try try again not bad for first go at a brisket
