24" wide, 19" tall. It's going on a 24" by 67" RFS. Two air inlets, one on each side, measure in at 2" by 10". Like I said the box looks better now that it's been cleaned up with a grinder and wire brush. It's made from 1/4 plate. We also made a wire basket so the coals/wood sets off the floor.

Looking forward to seeing the other end of it connected to it and thin blue smoke coming out of it!

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.

Wish we had more to report. We're waiting on a welder/fabricator to do some work on the cook chamber for us. Once we have it it's back to welding and grinding, then smoking. Hopefully we'll have the end caps and door cut and parts in hand on Monday.

Here's a picture of the cook chamber (24" by 67"). We had the door plasma cut and had the end cut in like manner. Today we plan to weld one end on, mount the firebox and perhaps the baffle plate. More pictures to follow.

Some progress today. Not much time was available to work on the project, however we feel it's coming together.

Yes, we did. Also this is one of Frank Cox's plans that we purchased and are building it to spec.

I got to say that both Frank and you all have been a big help in answering questions and I surely appreciate the feedback, tips and input. Next up BP, exhaust stack, rack rails, end caps (already cut), door, counter weights on door, racks themselves then it's time to scotchbrite it down, burn it out, oil the inside then do a another burn to see how it behaves. Then it's time to cook something. Somewhere I forgot about getting it on the trailer.... oops.

More progress this week. Starting to think about first fire, paint and getting it on the trailer.
What do you think? What do you see that concerns you? What questions do you have?
