I have a 250 gallon propane tank that has had the valve removed. I have flushed the tank with water once. And and then poured four pounds of TSP and added 12ounces of dawn dish washing liquid and then filled with water and let it over flow for 5 minutes. The water is in it now for about 3 days. If I flush it with dawn and TSP one more time. Would it be safe to cut? Also I read about using carbon monoxide but the propane tank is in the back yard and cannot get the vehicles back there. What about a lawn mower? Thanks for your responses

I believe I've read about folks using a lawn mower for the first cut. I don't know if they lowered the deck or had to remove the leaf catcher, sorry can't remember the details.

don't use car exhaust.....
you don't know what is in the exhaust vapors. if the car (older car) is burning rich could be some flammables???
newer car burns too clean???
best thing is to use your bottle of ARCO2 mix. you know whats in there...
