Well was able to get everything together this weekend. Ran out of Oxygen, and of course on a Saturday.
Thought of every place that might have Oxygen, alas nothing. Before the Oxygen ran out, did get a couple lines of the CC door cut.
Flip it upside down to attach Patio Cart.
Welded the Cart to the Smoker. Had to measure 3 times and level 4 times to ensure the Cart would not be warped causing the wheels to not sit flat on the ground.
Welded grease pipe in place.
I changed the dampers up slightly once I saw Frank sold these nifty Slide style damper kit. I opted to spot weld them on. All in all they turned out good.
Moment of truth... Flip this beast over and see it in all its glory!
Marked and started cutting the door, unfortunately the cutting torch ran out of Oxygen...
Turned out ok though, was able to work on the side frame pieces of the CC door. Luckily my Brother in Law has a Steel roller and we began rolling the side flat bar for the CC doors. Hopefully this works in welding the frame to the door.
Thats it for this week. Hopefully in the upcoming week, this thing will be headed home.

Project update. Well all good things must come to an end and so endeth the use of my brother in law's shop. He is in the middle of moving to a new location so I decided to bring the project home. Good part is I no longer have to drive 2.5 hours to work on it, but I do miss all those lovely tools.
Cooking chamber door

Looking good. Bummer you lost use of the shop. A well set up and tooled shop will cut down on time but now the neighbors will KNOW that you made it yourself!
I have something similar to what your building, and looking at the pictures makes me want to ask what are you going to do with the opening from the FB to WC above? I say that because in my experience it needs a damper and a shadow plate at least.
Making memories.
