It looks like you're off to a good start and it should be a nice size cooker. I don't have any personal experience with a Guru on an RF but from what I've read there's some issues with them working correctly on an RF.
I haven't used CyberQ on the offset RF setup yet but I did get 2 of the pit bull fans to try it with. I can switch my smoker from that setup to vertical or just GF. So far I've only used the fan on the GF setup. It sure works for that
Making memories!
Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........
Been a little while but I've made some good progress. I've almost finished the firebox and I designed the intake vents into the door so that if I decide to try the BBQ Guru later I can just build another door without the vents.
Here's a few pics.
Also picked up the newest 250 build from sandblast & paint
This one is going up for sale once we finish up a few final touches (add strong arm assists to the storage bins and counter)
And figure up how much we have in it with all that shiny stuff.
The problem I ran into with Gurus on an RF rig was that the Guru's algorithm that runs the feed back loop between the temp sensors and the activation of the fan seems to 'get lost' on an RF because the delay time was too long. In rigs such as the "Big Green Egg" the delay between increased airflow from the fan and a rise in temp is very quick by comparison - I think those type of rigs were what they were designed for. At least that's my theory and I'm sticking to it....
Besides - once you find the setting your RF likes, you won't need to babysit it much at all.
And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy.

If one is so inclined they could try a "heatermeter" set up, you can tune the PID for your cooker and switch out the blower for a servo that just opens and closes your intake vent.
I've thought about trying that after I get my rig together but I can't help think there wouldn't be much point since I'll be out there adding fuel and tweaking once an hour or so anyway.
Got the hinges mounted and totally forgot to space a gap for the gasket [emoji35] so I guess I'll be cutting them loose from the firebox and try again.
