Cooking grate.

The cooking grate is stainless steel, do you all think this will work okay?

Grate looks good the only issue i see is that mesh like that is harder to clean. Might be easy to clean with high pressure machine.

That makes sense. May have to clean it with the pressure washer.

Stainless... nice... bugger how hard it is to clean, it looks so good. :D

I just used the weed burner I bought at Harbor Freight for $15. Grates were on fire for a bit but a quick rub with a brush had them looking good.

I countersunk the storage box and built the platform for the discado, what's a good way to mount it to the trailer so that I can take it off while not in use?

How did you mount it to the trailer? I'm afraid I'll burn through the box tubing if it's welded. I was going to bold mine on. Show me what ya did

I put two pieces of 1 1/2" angle back to back and made a saddle for the legs to sit down in. I'll take the discado off the trailer while in transit.
