Nice work! You are a fabanimal (fabrication animal). Makes me want to build another one.

Looks at a piece of meat and wonders how many ways can I smoke that.

Here is my build of the Stump's Clone viewtopic.php?f=56&t=5280

Today I put the Gasket trim on CC door.
Put front panel/door/hinges/gasket trim on Warming hut, and partially welded out.
Put keepers over ends of CC shelves. The middle shelf is big, BUT that bottom shelf is HHUUGGEE!!!

The second and bottom shelves do look large. All the better to cook more food on.
Enjoy the vacation.

Yay got a few more things done last cpl days..I kinda like the look and function of the little roofs over the doors and vents. So I add those on for shits and giggles.
Also I add a drip edge inside the CC door to make sure none of that goo ends up all over the outside of CC. Works great.
Tomorrow Ill install the expanded fire container and ash pan. Waiting for toggle clamps from grainger for doors. Still havnt recieved anything for trailers... So far so good...Have another tank on deck now...yay me...

First cook was a small brisket, 24 chicken halves 2 whole chickens, some venison cutlets, 4 large pork loins, 20 ears of corn, and a buttload of rib racks. The lunchroom was silent when everyone was eating..Guess that was a good sign..All the hard work makes it all worth while knowing the many people itll feed in the future.
Peace
