Made it back after a long weekend hunting and a few additions to the rig.

Now have 3 propane tanks and mounts
Shelterwerks UFO-1 Cooking Disc on board for cooking options
Thermometer in door and multiple probes in small ammo box
Spare tire mounted
Battery box and lights for each side of trailer
Swing away tongue jack

Cooking for a small group Sunday so I need to go to the recipe page and do a little searching and I will post pics

That rig should get-er done alright!


Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........
