Yes SO it did, made life a little easier. I haven't received my temp gauges yet, so there was no other way for me to check the temps. Hopefully they get here soon. I also wanted to see the temp around the firebox this will be a tailgating rig most of the time. (maybe some comps in the future)

Here is the source for my parts. The gasket was .83 cents a foot I think? It took about a week to arrive. 1000 degree flat fiberglass 1 in by 1/8 in thick. Used rtv to adhere it. I cut up a comb and used it to spread the rtv to get more surface area for adhesion. Hope that helps.

Got it mounted to the trailer, got the grill built and put on there as well. the first cook went so good we didn't have time to take any pics of the food, guess that means i need to cook more. lol Maybe some of the bevs slowed down some of the pics to. We only have the warmer box to build now.
Here are the last of the pics so far.

Here are some pics of the grill. The grill is a 30 inch pipe 36 inches long. With just one shelf in it. vents on both ends and air inlets on both ends.

Good looking set up. Frank is right that baby should hold up well!
Only problem I see is those OU colors and flag. :D Gold would look alot better with the black. GO MIZZOU!

Nice looking rig okie!
I have to agree with S1 - wrong colors - GO BIG RED! ... Fortunately for ALL of us even cookers with the WRONG colors on them can make great "Q" :D

Thank all of you for the comments. This rig so far has been a really fun project. It did get a bit more expensive as you can see in the photo of the arm in the cast, that happened on the trailer. All in all awesome fun. Still got some stuff to do but we are getting there.
