That isn't to cold, it was -11 the other day and the hi for the day was 10. Just use more fuel.

Looks great. Please. help me out how much gap is there at the end of the baffle plate ? I am starting my first attempt at buildinga smoker I know my first crack at a build is going to be a little rough any and all help is great

Hey bigbook, not everyone will see your post here. You should go start a new thread in the introduce yourself page and ask thatquestion again telling us what you want to build and if you don't know Frank Cox can hook you up with a set of plans.

Just saying you will get welcomed and the info your looking for better that way.
