It is raining like crazy outside. With very little protection from the rain I was able to finish the cut for the cook chamber door. The nice thing about cutting it with a grinder, the door did not warp. But unfortunately I do not need it anyway as I am putting square doors on this tank. Firebox is finished and hopefully I can get this done by the 25th. I am making it for my son.

Aw! Ok, come on down .... I've invited my son several times for ribs. He loves them so, I'm only guessing this will be a big hit with him. On the other hand, he will be a new dad next week some time. Free time to smoke will be a thing of the past...I'm thinking on both our parts. That makes me a new grandpa. I didn't think I was old enough but those days have flown by.
