120 gallon reverse flow (Newbie)

the grate just sits on some angle it doesn't slide out, next one will.

I really like that size smoker. :needfood: You even have enough head space to add a top 1/2 rack if needed. :kewl: Just right for about a dozen ears of corn :D

Looks awesome, nice work.

Rick had a great idea this weekend for cooking smoking snacks.

When ya buy the baby backs, have them cut right down the center. (Not the short way) that just makes a half slab. But the long way and you have twice as many half size snacks.
Was such a great idea, I had to share.
