new build

Post by midwestsmoker » January 16th, 2015, 10:47 pm

Well it took a lot longer than planned (there was a three month interruption due to knee surgery), but the new backyard reverse flow rectangular smoker is complete. Bringing it home tomorrow, do a burn in and away we go......

Still plan on making a charcoal basket..... but ready for some good "Que"!! Any one have a match?

Love it. Looks great. I've been looking into this for my next build...after I finish the vertical cabinet first.

BBQ is just smoke and beers!
Usually more beers than smoke.
