You sure put a lot of work into that baffle plate....nice tie into the drain.

Wasn't me. Was the high school metal shop teacher and students. :welder: :-bd

I've never welded anything in my life. I'm just providing the design and funding.

Might I suggest a small lip on the front and back of the rack? It would help keep coals and ash from falling off.
