500 RF first build

Here's me and by buddy Brian's 500. We got our plans off of Frank and just made a few mods to fit the steel we already had. We cut off the bell end for a chowder kettle. The first picture is of it on our first trailer, it wasn't gonna cut it so we transferred it to a 1 ton pickup bed trailer. Should this be heavy enough suspension for us? Anyway any tips or suggestions would b great. Thanks again frank for some great plans.

Here's a close up of the hinges hope I get the resize right. Hinges are 1/4 inch piano style with 5/8 rod
