I had to build a true "Ugly Drum smoker" this one is designed specifically for ribs hanging and 4 grates, I can probably do up to eight racks. I just seasoned it todayImageImageImage

Mike Spearman got 10 racks in his UDS at one of the gatherings. I was impressed. So you probably can too.

I have a diffuser plate in my uds works great but what I plan to do is make another plate so that the drippings don't fall into the fire and see how that works .

I use this for a defuser/ baffle plate. It works pretty good.

I have that exact same mower, only I put a GoKart racing seat on it so I could mow the paddock faster, hahaha =))
