Is This Drum OK to Use

Post by Bricklayer2 » February 4th, 2018, 10:51 am

I have three 55gal steel drums in the shed. I experimented with one and board lower holes and did a first burn out. The problem I have a question about is the drum held a solvent based commercial glue. After the first burn it appears all the glue was burned away and the can cleans to bare metal. Do I have to worry about residual chemicals in the metal. Will this be safe to smoke in? Thanks for any responses.

I'd say if it burned out you are ok.
