Help with a brisket

I have cooked many briskets I just have never cooked 19 pounds I have a party on Saturday wondering what you guys think as a good cook time I know that an hour a pound is roughly the case does this sound about right thanks

I will be cooking on a UDS between 225 and 250

That size will be pretty cramped in a UDS but it will be fine. I would say if you trimmed it and use the TX crutch it should be done in 12 hours
