The pork butt was excellent with Dink's rub and injection! No pics though, friggin completely forgot about that detail. I've read the raves in other post about your rubs and I can attest that it's superb! Going back for more...Thanks again!

That's utter madness! I had one call last year, took 6th in ribs. That $60 check is still pinned to the bulletin board as a souvenir. Dink hopefully won't be quitting his day job anytime soon. But if things turn around I'd definitely tip 'em!
