Thanks Dink! I'll report back soon, hopefully with pics. (I've got my first comp of the year coming up in March, 3rd comp in my lifetime, still striving for flavor out of the comp meats. If I can place somewhere in the middle of the pack then I'm a happy smoker! :-) )

The pork butt was excellent with Dink's rub and injection! No pics though, friggin completely forgot about that detail. :oopssign: I've read the raves in other post about your rubs and I can attest that it's superb! Going back for more...Thanks again!

Thanks for the quick order Dink! Family and friends really like the Udder Madness. I'm using it at the first comp. :-bd

That's utter madness! :hissy: I had one call last year, took 6th in ribs. That $60 check is still pinned to the bulletin board as a souvenir. Dink hopefully won't be quitting his day job anytime soon. But if things turn around I'd definitely tip 'em!

I have 2 words, Spring Break! finally have a few days to think. Glad you like the rubs dougc and yeah I wrote that deal on the back in invisible ink and you agreed to pay half of all winnings just by accepting my rub, lol. Just kidding good luck in the comps hope you go far.

Hey Dink,

The webpage is not working, how do we go about getting some rub?

Thanks,

Chris

Chris you might send him a PM so it will hopefully trip his email - he hasn't been on in a while….

If you do reach him - tell him we miss him and wish he would check in more often and not to worry about the $17.50 he owes me. :D
