refurb ideas

working on this refurb now . My thought is to keep it simple .
It's 30 feet long with 9 doors and a cook area in each door of 36x35

Any ideas ?

Cut it into reasonable size cookers. Looks like one really long charcoal grill...

I agree....a few seperate chambers with their own fire controls might be nice and add to the versatility.

What are some dimensions? Do you need a smoker that long?
