here's some pics of the tank and how we hung it under the trailer.

hanging the tank with straps to support the bottom of the tank and putting a couple bolts through the flange to prevent the tank from sliding around

That explains it, I had a step Dad that was a plummer and I could tell when he had been down in the sewers. He started taking short cuts also, must mess up the grey matter.

Frank, nice job on the tank fit up and the grate. :LG: How do the fittings for the waste water tank attach? I like the idea of putting them where you need them. :kewl:

Thanks kam! the tank is made of ABS plastic and so are the fittings. the tank has a female slip hub on it and you glue a male slip flange fitting into it. after that is attached the blade valve fitting has a gasket ring and bolts up to the flange on the other fitting. the outlet is a 90* twist on cap and has a waterhose connection. you can either use a water hose to drain it or a 3" RV sewer drain hose.

...all depends on the size of your "floaties"

'course you prolly aren't going to put a disposal in THAT sink anyway...

Hmmm - then again...

I just love overdesigning stuff! - 'specially when it's somebody else's $$$$

well, I just found out that according to health code. a mobil kitchen must have a waste tank 15% larger than the fresh water tank. so since they are both the same size....
