1st attempt smoker.

Never welded before. My grandpa would say "and it shows". I've been lurking here a while and have started a small smoker for he house. 36"x30" Here is what I have so far.

Thats a good size smoker there. Could warm up some sides on the fire box also. :beer:

I don't ever think I'll ever be done with this but I fired it up last Friday when a really big storm came through. I just threw more wood in the firebox and the brisket was indeed edible.
