I was talking smack to frank last night and told him he should have used air cyl's on it. That way it would flip the meat for him.

OMG I really made myseld laugh.

After the laughing at myself and I got to take a close up look at it. Its fantastic.

Early Christmas today! Got the fresh water tank, the gray water tank, the water pump, and 2 really nice toolboxes for storing gear. The tanks are both 20 gallons each. The gray water tank will be installed under the trailer inside the frame and the fresh water tank will be on too of the trailer deck. It will be closed in with metal and have an access door to get to it. The toolboxes will then be installed over it stacked on too of raconteur. The pump will be installed under the sink. Now I gotta find a sink lol.

I'd like to put a control wheel on my next project - suggestions on where I might find scrap ones? - Boiler valves? Draw bridges? Navy subs? Bank vaults?

Wheeeewww.....there for a second I thought I saw some chrome!!! LOL

EK, I try to kick back and have a good time. I stress way plenty at work so when I get to the computer I try to let loose. Making the move from dumb labor to management was a big jump. Its alot to take on all at once, running my guys isnt to bad and the paper work isnt to bad but taking care of the IFTA paper work is a chore. Then having to fill in when someone is gone just puts the icing on the cake.

Since I went in the office my time here has been limited and my build time has been even less. Its getting better though.

Frank. I think we need to remame this thread to Pimp My Smoker!!!!!!

The chain drive is looking really good, but I still think air cylinders would have topped it off. LOL
