Ok, this build is for the local church. They foot the cash and I foot the labor!
It will be smokin' mostly butt for pulled pork. not my design,
I am just the labor, but I think it will work out well!

:yth: It is dc, you could stick a whole side of beef in it. It is for a freind of mine who does pulled pork for church fundraising. He has a small offset now. Can only fit 2 butts at a time. Last year I think he said he was approaching 350 lbs worth. A lot of weekends taken up. He wants to mass produce them now! so voila, the monster smoker 8-x ! :kewl:

Now I am thinking of doing another build, a 48" offset reverse flow on a trailer! Holy crap do I got the freakin' bug! 8-}
This one, if I decide to do it will go up for sale upon completion!
