So here’s a better shot of how I’m squaring up my inner side panels and leaving a lip for a recessed door. Our brake needs a setting adjusted on it and then I can form quarter-inch but for now I had to slit one side of the metal a little bit with a relief cut to allow the break to bend it.

I can't get over just how big the FB is, there has to be at least 3 sheets of plate.

That things a beast. You’re going to need to install a horizontal chair lift so you can get from one end to the other without getting winded.

I need to grab a new set of gloves, drive down, jump in with both feet just to work side by side with the smokerbuilder master.

Wow that is a beast of a thing. Here was I trying to find the best price for four sheets of 6mm plate for the start of the Mach and there's you using up more than that for the fire box... hahahaha... It is looking great Frank. You'll need an 18 wheeler to move that beast.
And a plasma table does take a lot of the hard graft out of cutting steel.

So tom and forester and I was able to spend some time this afternoon on Louanne. Here ya go...
We got the block off plate installed in the firebox and some welding done. Also got some tooling cut for the brake.
