Wow, and plenty of out of position welding too. I don't think I could even get into some of those positions let alone still produce a decent bead. Hats off to you guys. Looking good.

Morning Fellers!

Those are block off plates at log rack level to make the combustion air go through the coal bed instead of going around and mixing with hot air mass and dropping the Temp before the cook chamber.

This morning we are starting off with some dirty eggs!

WELL.....
Actually, we are not hosting the Mid MO Smoke show anymore. There is a new host now. He’s a great guy and is getting his start in radio now.
We will be guests on future shows.

I was kind of hit and miss on listening during hunting season so it took me a little bit to figure out what was going on.

Done for the day. Had a lot of welding and grinding today. Doing a smooth radius finish on the outside welds. Takes some time to get right.

That is a pretty cool idea about the intake air. Looking forward to seeing how it works out.

That is going to be awesome with cabinet doors.

Yep, I’m remembering back a thread by SoloQ from back in the day where he did something similar and drastically improved the operation of his pit.

Looks like you need a dump truck. It can pull it as well as carry enough wood to keep it lit for a long brisket burn!

Love the damper control.

What's the smokerbuilder wheel with the arrow and incremental holes for?
