With me building my smoker on the trailer my wife has had all but enough of me talking about it. I am not allowed to use the words...smoker, bbq, trailer, smoking, or charcoal. I must refer to all of it as the "Project". Otherwise she gets all bent out of shape. Now, she love the food that is coming off of the "project" so I get back in good graces pretty fast.

I am going to be adding one more item to the trailer and that is a regular bbq for grilling. A buddy had a reverse flow that did not work out so I got it from him and will be cutting it up into what I need. In the mean time I stash it by the wood pile. Yesterday the wife spots it and says.....

"Where did you get the bbq?....It's Cute"
No, it's not cute...it is rugged, manly, a real mans bbq....what the hell is wrong with her?

See, that's cute.........I have enough parts laying under my bench to build a two briquette sized offset smoker for cooking 1 maybe 2 hot dogs at a time....maybe this winter I can put it together.
