How do I make it go away? I keep clicking I Accept but nothing happens.

I'm not sure but I'm not seeing it on my end. Have you tried logging out and signing back in ?

<scratches head> Something that immediately comes to mind is that it may continually display if you're looking here in an in-private window.

I just logged out and back in, still there.

Not using any kind of private browser setting.

It only shows on the Board Index page, and it's there in Chrome and Safari.

I remember seeing this the other day but I accepted and it went away. I'm not really tech savvy so I'm of little to no help on something like this. Maybe Frank or Pete will see this and they can help out.

It's been there ever since I joined up. It's on my laptop, and phone.

I must have a box checked wrong, or something.

I see it too - just in safari and just on my iPhone. Permanent. Won’t go away. Blocks out the top menu items unless I turn the phone sideways.

D'OH!!! I didn't think of turning the phone. I don't do a lot of computing on it, I hate that little screen.

I also have this issue and I’m using safari. It’s ok on my iPad just the iPhone where the issue is.

<scratches head> Odd..... I'm now getting the banner on the forum index page, with a link that goes to ".../#" and doesn't clear. Chrome on Win7. Doesn't seem to be an issue w/ Chrome on OpenSuSE 15.2.

That 'I Accept" link must be broken.
