Disc burner question

What’s the ideal space between the bottom of a disco and the burner? Gonna build a designated burner stand for this disc I got, and was thinking 4-5” or so would be about right.?.?

Mine is about 1-2 inches depending on which burner I put it on. Don’t get too far out or any wind will dissipate the heat before it runs up the side of the disk. Not a big issue if you have a super big burner.
