Wow, now that really came out nice. I do miss not having my DP, but I am slowly, very, very slowly, building a couple of mini's.

Made 80 lbs of sausage. Smoked 40 pounds of them and the other 40 were fresh. 8 varieties in all. Killer weekend! The Gravity feed held 40 lbs hanging with no problem.
