Doing some more testing lol got some pork on a overnight smoke

I should have posted some of my previous test runs
This was for an organization called Freezing nights of Puyallup. It was the last homeless feed winter months and I wanted to give them something that they rarely get, so I made a ton of pulled chicken. As you can see the smoker is a little to crowed, but it turned out fairly good though it took alot longer then expected.

And well done for feeding the homeless. Nice. :kewl:

That is a lot of chicken. What about 100#?

I guess you had to rotate racks to get it all done at the same time right?

Well it was 15 pieces short of 3 boxes of quarters from Restaurant Depot. I planned to put one rack in every 10 to 15 minutes or so. But started from the bottom and worked up, when I should have done just the opposite. The last rack took about 4 hours to finish. It worked out in the end and everyone was happy

I finally have some time off and some nice weather for some painting. It's not perfect, and its probably not finished yet, as I want to do some kinda design, but i needed to get some paint on it to protect it from getting any more surface rust. I was kinda hesitant at first, but after I started spraying and went pretty fast and was pretty easy. I did not get the bottom area just yet, as I still have to do some welding of some expanded metal, that going to have to wait until after my new job/career starts next month and I have more time.
