I have some more photos showing the finished mini with the welds ground down and the valves and such all fitted. It just waiting for paint job and then to fire it up.

Spray everything in the CC with a lite coat of cooking oil, heat it up to 275-300 degrees for an hour or two and then you can throw some fatty meat in there and let it cook if you want to. Just remember to keep the spray to a minimum or it can get really messy. Once you start cooking with it, you'll get a really good coating on everything.

Same suggestion as above but I use sunflower seed oil, grapeseed oil is my second preference.

I like the all metal casters you used.

Yep...thin coat of oil. Any puddles left will create a sticky mess.
