First cook went great. Made me realize how much I missed having a gravity feed. Purred along for 12hrs using 10-12lbs of fuel. Awesome. I think I am going to be building a mini next.

Could someone explain the double pan? I haven’t been able to see any difference yet from the basic gravity feed smoker.

Sure the double pan allows you to put 2 full size pans on each shelf.

$180. I have painted a few and material alone costs almost that. Throw in no labor and prep. I will never paint again.

That's a pretty healthy oven for powder coating. Me.... I'm an hour's drive from anything at a minimum, that alone would probably kill the deal for me. Back to equipment paint.

Having said that....Looks nice. What time is dinner? :D

All your builds look great, I noticed California plates on one of the trailers. What part of California you from? Where did you get the powder coating done?
