Is a controller with a 12 cfm fan big enough for the double pan?

Hey buddy! Sure is, anywhere between 10 and 20 CFM is fine. Larger fans you might have to throttle the ball valve a little bit.

I found that the standard fan with the bbq guru wasn’t big enough. I rigged a larger fan o got from amazon and now it pushes more that enough air.

Current smokers: Pitboss K24, Char griller offset, DP Gravity Fed Stumps clone, and a Cheap Bradley in the garage somewhere! Oh, and a La Caja China Pig Roaster....
