It's just sad that these had to be refrigerators for so long first ...
And on the eighth day God created barbecue …. because he DOES love us and he wants us to be happy.
Current smokers: Egor (trailered RF) and Easybake (tabletop pellet drive)
Nobody ever made decent "Q" at zero degrees... just sayin' ...

If the one on the left works and it looks to be complete then you have money sitting there. Lots of peeps are looking for that antique kitchen with working appliances.
If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone
it works fine ran all day today and it cleaned up pretty nice to i think im going to sand it down and throw some good primer on it ,do a sweet black paint ,like i do my show cars and let her ride make something out of the one on the right images/icons/smile/mrgreen.gif
I don't know anything about this but wondering, can a person use a working fridge with a cold smoke generator to do the "cold smoking" (cheese and such)? Just allow it to vent out the top, and put the smoke in at the bottom? Down here in Florida it may be the best option a person may get for cold smoking, just thinking.
Current Smokers: Backyard RF Offset and Hybrid RF Offset trailer rig with Cowboy cooker and fish fryer, always room for more........
I don't see a problem with that RC
that would prolly be Ideal since you don't want heat only smoke. I would think you would want to set the temp as high as you can to let the meat warm up a bit to take on smoke. you would have large temp swings on the fridge temp but I don't think that would be a problem. Great Idea!
i stopped on the project because of other things going on ,we have been really busy at work and i bought another food truck, like i needed it but i couldnt help it its like a sickness or something
