I built this smallish smoker for family and friends. Image
It’ll hold 3 whole chickens or 4 cut up chickens or 3 briskets. I’ve also put a wide assortment of veggies in it too but not all at the same time.Image1st cook where these pork loins and baked potatoes Image
Sausage,brats, hot links & hotdogs

Insulated firebox, 2" kaowool all round
Insulated cook chamber, 1" kaowool, but doors and bottom of cook chamber are just 5mm steel plate.
Warmer box on the end.. just gets ambient heat from stack/steel, no opening to cook chamber.

Still a lot of work to go.
New trailer
Insulated doors
Handles
Gas burner to assist warming cabinet

I started out building a 250, cut out the door and started looking at it and decided it was just too damn big. So, I cut 26 inches off and welded it back together and started over.
