Rotisserie smoker.

Post by Mgraves » January 9th, 2022, 7:39 pm

In the process of designing a large rotisserie smoker. It will be 5’ wide with 5 double shelves on the carousel.

I have used the Calculator to spec. Everything thing out.

My question is the customer plans on running lump charcoal.

If only running lump charcoal should the firebox be smaller?

If the fire box needs to be smaller by what percentage should it be reduced??

If this subject is covered somewhere else please direct me to the correct area.

Thanks
Matt

Charcoal or wood does not matter for size of firebox.

I hope he owns a dump truck cause he is going to need charcoal in bulk!
