Commercial vertical oven as a cooking box....

I had thought about using a commercial fridge like the peg leg guy did in the YouTube videos but instead of dealing with removing and replacing the insulation in the fridge I figured if I started with a big stand up stainless steel oven, Since there made to get hot anyway I figure it should be a good starting point for a smoker build.

Anyone have any input on this?

I figure either a big food warmer or oven wood wood, something used in the catering service or large kitchen.

I'd say it would work, but what do I know. You're not gonna be runnin temp that the oven is capable of. Post the pics as you go. :beer:

That's what I was thinking, I won't be running that hot and I'm thinking that the FBI will be attached by a pipe instead of direct to help with heat transfer. The unit I was looking at is quickly climbing in price and has a few days left so I may pass and wait for another.
