Suggest A Latch For This Cabinet????

This is an old surgical cart that I am using as a pellet smoker. It has a latch at the top that keeps it closed, but it doesn't hold any tension. I'm going to be adding a gasket so I don't think I will need a whole lot if tension for a good seal. This is single walled stainless, the door and the cabinet are flush when closed, and the space between the door and the edge of the cabinet is about 2 inches.

Just wanted to put it out there to see what kind of latch you suggest. Thanks!
