Hi guys. I'm back....sorta. Life has happened repeatedly, and I've not worked on my smoker for over a year. My dad hurt his back and really wanted me to wait on it until he had his surgery, so that's the main reason...but of course there are tons more. I broke my left thumb (I'm a southpaw, so that sucks) I'm in the process of selling my house in Liberty so we can move into a larger house, my wife got on @ the VA (yay!) but works nights (BOOOO) so I'm responsible for swim practice, baseball practice, and meets on each weekend, plus scouts.

I do need some help. If anyone here has some spare time, gimme a shout via PM. I guess Ima pay someone to finish the doors and shelves because I need it by October 1 for an open house....ugh.

So first, Scott is a giant. IDK if you've met him, but he makes me look small....and I'm nearly 6 foot and 270. The man is a beast. Secondly, he was awesome about loaning me his pit for my cookout. We found out his cooker will cook 160lbs of butt and 10 slabs of St. Louis style spares at the same time. This made for a very long cook obviously, but well worth it. I was advised by Royals Hall of Famer Dennis Leonard to quit my job and do this professionally. I also fielded 50+ calls asking if I could cater their events. It was a smashing success.

All because of this group, I pulled off the best open house anyone in my industry has ever attended...and it is now going to be an annual thing. Thanks again Onesquin!
