Image

Cutting the door

Image

[Solo the fire box has a sub frame you will not need the X bracing on the door it will not warp/ I hang my hat on that. The lang hs it because it is slapped together with no frame, we do not do that

Image

Image

The back of the trailer was made to allow the cooke rto recess in, to me it looks better and is all tied in better just my opinion

Image

Image

closing in brother almost there

Image

Those tanks you see was my score today plenty more to go get

Image

that is the king of the whole place

That beast is coming together nice TQ. I really like the tucked in firebox, gives it a compact look. :-bd The firebox does look big but it's gonna rock with that grill top mod and I'm not about to 2nd guess the calculator. See y'all Saturday! :D

If it can't be smoked .... try frying it. It that don't work, it's probably best just left alone

Solo instead of doing the lang deal on the doors I had some positive close latches it want scare the paint evertime you open and close. You will like it. the counter weight is sweet I can almost open with my pinkey. The stack dampers Tyler came up with I think you will like it if you can see in the pics it has a long spring for tension. Heck I have never used pipe for stacks one thing about it if you not like I take out blue wrench IE (Torch!!!!!!) :-o :-o

HEY, the dial-in air intake covers really look good. I ought to be able to really zero in on the air flow. Thanks for your attention to detail, it's gonna be a BBQ beast! :points:

Rick I am not exactly sure. I have built enough trailers that I kinda dont always stick to the 60/40 rule. I just do it by feel on cooking trailers because you have so much different weight/// firebox /cook chamber/ trailer. I can tell you this, I can pick the front end up and move it by myself... but it ain't real easy. The trailer i took to Ohio i was initally concerned that I did not have enough tounge weight but it pulled great
